Take time for reflection

As the “boss,” you have a responsibility to your employees to learn from your mistakes. It is important for any boss, especially an entrepreneur, to allot whatever amount of time it takes to stop, think and reflect upon what they have learned. Only through reflection can you learn from your mistakes and avoid repeating them in the future.
